Senior Civil Engineer

📍 Tulsa, OK (Relocation Assistance Available)
🛠️ Full-time | Mid-Senior Level | Civil Engineering Industry

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred); ABET accredited.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; multi-state licensure preferred.

• 5–10 years of civil engineering design experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with civil site development, local codes, and Federal Facility Criteria (Whole Building Design Guide).

• Ability to prepare design proposals and fee estimates.

• Willingness to travel for site inspections (local, regional, national).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site development civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

• Prepare designs, reports, cost estimates, proposals, and construction documents.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients across federal, municipal, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

• Mentor and guide junior civil engineers and CAD designers.

• Develop QA/QC processes, Civil 3D production standards, and project templates.

• Attend and present at client meetings, municipal hearings, and project reviews.

• Conduct site investigations, prepare observation reports, and address construction RFIs.
