The company is hiring for a Salesforce Administrator to contribute to their Sales team in Raleigh, NC or remotely. Leads the ongoing development of the salesforce.com deployment. Works closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal to identify, develop, and deploy new CRM functionality using the Force.com platform. Champions for platform adoption within the organization. This role is part technical project manager, administrator and Salesforce analyst. Executes the strategic configurations, supports, maintains and improves the CRM platform.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Computer Science, MIS or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator Preferred Skills:
- Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity using APEX and Visualforce
- Proven ability to architect and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong data management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as systems administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 150+ users
- Manages all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other tasks
- Champions user adoption through training, awareness, and compliance management, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Uses APEX and Visualforce to maintain and modify workflow programming
- Completes regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Manages Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
- Coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
- Works with key stakeholders across engaged departments to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Effectively acts as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team
- Works independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
